The board of CL Holding AG, Mr. C. Polat, recognized the drastically increasing energy demand and rising energy costs as the world was undergoing radical changes.
CL Holding AG commissioned the renowned engineering firm A. E. Engineers / Turkey to develop a revolutionary energy solution and to realize the vision.
After intensive research and development work, the engineers presented several innovative models. Following a five-month evaluation phase and comprehensive conferences, CL Holding AG decided on the final version of the concept.
A thorough innovation and concept study was conducted. Historical energy concepts, including the visions of the world-famous inventor Nikola Tesla, were analyzed to realize a groundbreaking and sustainable energy source.
The founding of ENOBA HOLDING GmbH marked the official start of implementation. After completing all feasibility analyses, needs assessments, and global market studies, CL Holding AG decided that the time was ripe for a new era in renewable energy. At the same time, construction of the first prototype began, along with preparations for patenting this groundbreaking technology.
